WHO WE ARE
THE GREEN HOUSE FAMILY RESOURCE CENTER IS DEDICATED TO PROVIDING SAFE EXCHANGES, THIRD PARTY SUPERVISED VISITATION, INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP THERAPY, AND EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS FOR FAMILIES, CUSTODIANS AND PARENTS.

The Green House was created in memory of James and Dr. Judith Green. The Greens raised thirteen children, eleven of whom were adopted. In addition to their own children, the Green's fostered over 100 children. The Green house was full of love, support, and compassion. Their daughter, Jessica Green, also a foster and adoptive parent, and family law attorney, who is a Guardian Ad Litem, wanted to keep her parent's vision of supporting families, children, and the community alive. Welcome to our house!

It is not always desired but sometimes a reality that children involved in domestic violence situations, broken or divorced families, child abuse and/or court matters require supervised visitation or monitored exchanges. Theses families may also benefit from culturally competent therapeutic services. The Green House can assist your family and is dedicated to working to strengthen your family unit.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
NO MATTER THE SITUATION CHILDREN LOVE THEIR PARENTS. AND IN HEALTHY SETTINGS IT CAN BE VERY BENEFICIAL FOR CHILDREN TO HAVE CONTACT WITH THEIR PARENTS. IF WE CAN HELP EFFECTUATE THAT AND FOSTER HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS AND QUALITY VISITATION AND PARENTING TIME, THEN WE ARE HELPING MAKE A POSITIVE DIFFERENCE FOR THE FAMILY. WE ALSO BELIEVE IN PROVIDING FAMILIES WITH THE APPROPRIATE RESOURCES AND TRAINING TO STRENGTHEN THEIR FAMILY UNIT. WE ARE A ONE STOP SHOP FOR FAMILY PRESERVATION AND SUPPORT.
